PRODUCT DELIVERY:
We send all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for $4.25 unless other arrangements have been made. 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
If you receive your order and there is anything that you are dissatisfied with, we will replace the product for free or refund your money.  If any product you purchase from Hooked on Baskets breaks within 90 days of the purchase due to poor quality, we will replace the product for free or refund your money.
